Return policy — 30 days
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, without having to justify your decision.
Return conditions
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging if possible. Items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
Procedure
- Contact us via our Contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
- Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective item or error
If you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs in this case and send you a replacement or a full refund.
